English speaking 3-6 Montessori Guide (Issy-les-Moulineaux ; 92)

Smiles’n Kids is a bilingual Montessori preschool located in Paris/Issy-les-Moulineaux in a bright setting and modern premises.

We are looking for a qualified English-speaking 3-6 Montessori Guide (CDI) to join our team and work with an experienced AMI certified French Montessori Guide and an AMI assistant. Our team is warmhearted, shares the same values and is passionate about children and Montessori pedagogy.

Our educational project is structured around 3 pillars:

• The well-being of the child: Social & Emotional Learning is as important as academic learning.
• Observation and protection of Nature: Eco-School label, educational vegetable garden, forest outings, etc.

• Discovery of different Cultures: more than twenty cultures are represented in our school!

Required profile:

• Certified Montessori 3-6 Guide

• Experience with working with children

• Native English speaker, able to understand French

• Respect of the child as a core value

• Humility as a central value at work, desire to learn and grow together as a team

• A strong sense of teamwork (fluid communication, constructive exchanges).

Practicalities and benefits:

Type of contract: CDI, full-time, starting on 26 August 2024.

Monthly gross salary between €2300 and €2750, depending on the level of experience.

In-service training, health insurance, parking space, 50% transportation card refunded.
